Title: Resistant Band Workout

Chest Press
Chest Flyes
Wide grip push up with resistant bands across back
Close grip push up with resistant bands across back

One arm tricep pressdowns
One arm overhead extension
Kickbacks
Dips

I just posted a picture of the type of resistant bands that I used, but not that exact brand.

They look good. Too bad that are "currently unavailable".

What is your opinion of this product? At $549.00, it seems rather expensive.

I read that LA Fitness and other gyms were opening on March 31 here. So no need to go spend money on something that you are going to forget about and never use when your gym reopens.
