Thanks.  Not a flam yet ;D  The after is a new one.  Check out my inspiration page for my first after pic.  The new one was taken 2 weeks ago.  Hay summers here and the shirts come off.   And I'm 51 so anything possible at any age.

All these older guys at my work need to take your advice...they all complain that the reason they are fat is because of their age.

Very inspirational transformation! You look like another person compared to your "unhealthy" self. I'm sure that the transformation gave your whole life both physically and mentally a big boost!  :D

Buffbodz was the name of a personal training business I had in the 90's.  I just kept it and use it as a handle.  I should change it because it's outdated and sounds kinda gay.  But 2 kids and 3 grandchildren I think I pass muster in the don't ask, don't tell class. ;D  Age is but a #.  I know dudes 1/2 my age who aren't near the shape I am.  The only thing is that it takes us old guys twice as much work to look 1/2 as good as the kids. ??? ;D

Nice job, and you're a Rhode Islander. Bristol is nice, I love the downtown area on the water.
