But, for your question, Covid is China, and all China's fault. All governments have had missteps, but they are the blame, and should pay trillions of dollars in repair.

I too have doubt this was all accidental, especially with the timing of everything, but I will reserve judgement until more info becomes available.

My opinion is that Fauci is a 4'7 Hillary plant who is intent on destroying the trump economy. His public statements until March 1st downplayed the seriousness of the virus-- meanwhile he gets a total pass in the MSM. Outside of Schuker Schmarlson, nobody has checked this clown.
