Yes, because people outside of the USA's deep south love living in areas with large concentrations of Black people.

“Beefheavyweight” isn’t the sharpest pencil in the drawer. For many years  the heart of the KKK was in Red Lion, Pennsylvania. In fact less than 5 years ago they began a new recruiting effort in PA. There’s still tine to join, Beefy!
