Im hoping to understand how to maximise bone density and health
We need a simple study done to understand the merits of dairy n phytates
Just how much seeds nuts grains we need and how much dairy
I would try 4 diets and give back results im assuming a proper test and lab would be maybe 150 each time? I have insurance but im guessing a blood profile and bone density test isnt cheap?

I do have some data ill share
My breakfast is cereal and fruit but all day long its nuts n seeds for dinner its whatever and some fruit b4 bed . Daily workout only 2 or 3 sets with sprints or some boxin 3 to 4 days a week. Dont have the motivation for much more, work drains me
This has been a great diet because i eat the whole jar of natural pb or a tin of cashews a day i dont restrict
My strength is down about 10 pounds on all lifts and my bodyweight is down 10 pounds. I look leaner but losing muscle too
Im going to add half gallon of lactose free milk perday n see what happens

I know you are a top scientist Marty ... ;D
But if you do the four diets back to back the baseline will change each time for the next supplement (assuming there is any effect) so the results would be void.

doesnt matter about the baseline, what to look for is if bone density actually improves then we can hypothesize wich diets are best, at best we can help narrow this down so we dont waste time eating food we dont really need

Nobody needs nuts and grains in their diet. Look up antinutrients in plants. Plants are overrated for human consumption

Sit in a lawn chair and tie helium ballons to it. When you need more ballons to achieve lift off you'll know your density has improved.

thats newage heresay, i would like to actually prove this true or false but u guys are gonaa need to give me 150 for the test if u want me to post results
Im currently around 18to 24 servings of nuts n seeds a day , 3to6 servings of grains , 4to5 servings of veg, 4to5 servings of fruit, 4to 5 servings of protien powder . 8 servings of whole milk or lactose free
Id like to try 5 servings nuts n seeds, 25 servings of dairy, and keep rest of food the same

Blueberries & Blackberries , healthies food to eat !.
