What can I expect?

What if you also have to eat after each Training-session, then you'd never get any sleep!

Life would be a constant Training after each meal and eating after each Training-session nonstop.

Train before eating, to mimic primitive hunters that chased down and wrestled animals to kill and carry back to their tribe. They ate the meat during the post hunt anabolic window to repair the microtears in the muscles caused by the brutal hunt, making their muscle bigger and stronger, adapted for the next hunting trip.

So far I have noticed weight loss, thirst, lowered sex drive, heightened alertness all the way until I go to bed. Usually there is about 2 and a half hours of mostly cardio from working out after every meal.

Not bad.

Yes I have noticing the conditioning already. It's tedious to work out so often. I can't get paid right now. I don't have a job in construction.

I decided to revise my strategy today. The intense workouts has to be intermittent and not every workout. Doing this will help recovery, results, and not tax my immune system unnecessarily.
