Can you blame him for being fat?  You know he is stuck inside most of the time, surrounded by various levels of security.  Pretty sure any girls he fucks are put to death afterwards or some shit like that to keep Dear Leader's moral compass pristine for the peasants under his heel.  Can't travel anywhere without severe restrictions... etc...   

Dude's only comfort is probably food and bootleg tapes of Adult Swim.
