Title: is this about the natural limit?
Post by: MAXX on April 29, 2020, 05:01:14 PM
Impressive mass for a natty? The guy lifts crazy heavy with intensity like hell and I think it's key to pack on size like that for a natty.

Either buy him a squat rack or take him to the gym with you on leg day.

Ugly guy with an ugly body. His legs are so short for his torso.

This is an incredible natural bodybuilder. The guy is around 6 feet tall. He's not a ripped 160lbs natural guy. His name is Lynn Lyman.

Another way to look at is to look at the measurements of the Mr. A winners of 1939 - early 50's -

https://www.musclememory.com/articles/MrAsizes.html .

Even if one quibbles over steroid use dates, etc...., you can see that there is a pretty tight range of measurements that weren't broken out of really.
