Will they still care about LGBTQ people and PIC’s if so, because of the shattered economy?

Depends on if they are getting minimum basic income checks.

As long as they keep the following flowing I see no behavioral change:

cheap fast food calories
smart phone/internet for social media and amazon
housing w/air conditioning
legal weed
free health care

The above is like 90% of people's lives now and they are being trained to vote for it.
