Most will get away with it, but some do need trt...

And sure you don't need pct but hpta function will generally recover faster with it.

I'm obviously not talking about normal steroid use, but a teenager, using at 14-17 years old and shutting down their bodies own testosterone when their bodies are supposed to be developing to produce their bodies highest levels.
