LOL!

The majority of "bodybuilders" these days are lazy fuckwits.  Kai Greene fancies himself a modern day So-Krates....'n' sheit.

Schmoe 'n' Tell, boys...Schmoe 'n' Tell.

Fuck That Noise.

Shawn Rhoden,Big Ramy, and a bunch of others talk all philosophical on their pages.

Quotes by Shawn Rhoden:

You drown not from falling in the river but by staying submerged. Clear your thoughts and believe in yourself.

Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself. Without struggles there would be no need for progress.

Don’t be limited by the opinions that others see you by. Most will never see or understand your dreams. But that’s it, it’s your dreams and yours alone. Many are afraid to dream so big because it scared them. Challenge yourself to do the impossible. Awake the greatest that’s inside of you. Your destiny awaits you.

never claim to know much just following gods plan. Just be patient. This too shall past. Better days are ahead.

ow big are your dreams? I dare you to dream bigger. Looking back at pictures from the 2015 @mrolympiallc and thinking about the time and energy that was put into that prep. Trusting the process and everything that came with it . I brought the best package I could have presented on that day. The results might not have been a win , but took a lot away from that prep that made the preparation for the next year a success. We don’t always win but there is always something there to learn from.

we are this generation's gladiators, sculptors and philosophers  ;D

I remember tom platz was the first bodybuilder I noticed with the pseudo intellectual drivel in the arnold 1980 documentary.

I guarantee you this bodybuilder who has discovered the spectacular/participant “keys to life” has absolutely zero education and has deluded himself into thinking that he will be top 3 at the Olympia some day. Nope. Not going to happen. And when it came to building his brains he was a “spectator”, and thus, he will never be accused of being an highly intellectual human being.
