Is there a protocol for men over 60 who train 5-6 times a week at gym? Test at 250 mg per week. Anything else to add?

To be honest, at this age I would seek an Endocrinologist to run blood work and come up with a plan.
My personal opinion is to run a maintenance dose of 250mg of Test a week and maybe throw in an oral for 4-6 weeks every few months. Monitor blood work every month.

Maybe you can add a little Masterone (100 mg per week)

5-6 days a week training is hard to recover from at any age. That's contest training.
It's unnecessary to train that much. No wonder you think you need to take test.

Agree 100% ^^ but for me i take 200 to 300 test /deca a week all year round ..every year

125 mg Test per week+ 50 mg deca.
or only 125 Test.
