thought it was going to be about burr-bell (barbells) my neighbor just bought a 220 lb standard set on craigslist for her son who is 16.
never heard of the old company, the plates were thicker with a smaller over-all diameter. really nice set, i told her to re-sell them if they wont be used later, just dont discard them, as i think they are a bit rare.
