Title: What plans do you have for when battle recomences?

I'm thinking of going back to basics.  5x5 for 8 weeks to rebuild size and strength.  Then after that who knows!?
I just can't wait to get back in the warzone!

Be careful you don't get too HUGE.

You'll build strength but not size on a 5x5.

Inspired by the famous nectar rewards photo of Darren Id like to get my head up in size to the point where it appears to make up at least a third of my total body mass

Im thinking of my new training method that I call BIG THOUSAND

you take the heaviest dumbbells you can lift and perform one thousand reps with it

You'll build strength but not size on a 5x5.
   that's not what reg says. but who really knows what works for one might not work for someone else.

I’m in heigh rep territory and loving it. Pumps are crazy,joints feel better, tighter all over, more vascularity.

Focus on one perday a 3 day split no off days, if u need an off day something is lacking
