Is there anybody out here who used AIP diet? If yes how the result are?
I read it's good for people with autoimmune conditions like vitiligo etc and the purpose is to reduce inflammation and restart the immune system to make autoimmune conditions go away.

I have been carnivore since Xmas, my trigger finger went away totally for a while after having it for 4 years, it only comes back if I eat shitty carbs

Did you slowly reintroduce one carb source at a time back into your diet? This way you can usually work out which ones are causing you issues. Carbs taste great! Don't deny yourself!

They say that you can introduce carbs after like 6months and see what's up with your condition. Alot of people say it's ok when they add certain foods after.
Anyway I will try it for 3 months and see if my bald soft spot in the hair will dissapear

Bald soft spot ? Is that just the same as a bald spot? Just use some rogaine.

The doctor said it's called alopecia areata and it's due to stress. I've used Minoxidil for 2months with no results. Whatever, right now I'm looking deeper into the problem and some say it's maybe due to gluten.
