Im guessing he was joking, making fun of an actual getbig-member/bodybuilder who walks around like that 24x7
saw a few young twink-lads at the beach the other day with ILS and TDS

giving everyone the stink-eye lol

He is merely practicing what all bodybuilders should, "schmoetial distancing".  With a wingspan like his, he can not only protect himself but his loved ones.

The guy who posted the video claims to know him. Says that he's sort of a local legend, and that he's a bit slow from a bad car wreck.
