Health-wise he sure could exercise more, but when you have his wealth, i'm sure he has other priorities.

Money and fame are quite the motivator.Ultimately even while looking like he does now, he is still world famous, worth tens of millions and could get any regular woman he wants.He probably just doesnt give a fuck.No motivation.
