Increases the chances of shoulder impingement though.
I stick to slight incline bench presses and dumbbell raises.

I do this
I grab the lightest dumbbells i can find then i sit on the floor and to side laterals
The lighter the weight = the bigger the shoulder development.

Been getting stronger by 1 rep everyweek in standing military. I do 165 for 8. I wish i wouldve trained for strength earlier instead of not beleiving i can get stronger

Those sound painful as hell.I got a bad right shoulder and any lightweight laterals hurt like hell,the only thing that doesn’t hurt shoulders is shoulder presses.
