Don't kid yourself. There has always been a huge segment of society that hates cops. Normally it's the people that are always involved with cops. Many times it's through driving infractions. I got pulled over twice in 30 years and yes I drive over the limit. I hear so many people talk about how they are pulled over every month. They drive like lunatics with expired revoked credentials then blame the cops. Others are involved with the cops all the time because they are assholes. Other than saying an occasional, "Looks like rain Officer" in passing in a deli you shouldn't have any involvement with the cops if you are doing the right thing. Getting drunk and doing blow then screaming at your girlfriend at 2AM doesn't mean the cop is the bad guy for coming to your shit hole apartment.

I had loads of encounters with cops as a kid, I was a piece of shit on occasion back then, since I grew up and straightened out I rarely see police never mind have encounters with them

My interactions with the police have been few and far between. Always polite except for one cop who was just a dickhead. He pulled me over for some nonsense but didn't end up giving me a ticket.
I don't break the law and I don't get belligerent with cops. I don't drink alcohol, I don't do drugs. I mind my own business. Makes for an easy life.

That's almost 20 years ago, that's a long time. A lot of the Antifa kids and others would've only been a few years old.
Also, not everyone was pro cop back then, I remember a lot of dirtballs saying "Oh well, that's their job" or making distinctions between fire, EMS, and police, and who was worthy of praise.

In the 1950's cops were glamorized but demonized by the mid 60's. The pendulum swings back and forth.

Cops are fucking heroes. I don't blame them for roughing up a criminal every now and then no matter what the skin color. Stop doing crime ffs. Why the fuck should pieces of shit get handled gently. They weren't gentle when they were robbing stores, raping women, stabbing their "homies".
Law enforcement deserves respect and recognition. They put up with hell on a regular basis. It's the minority that are foul; not the majority.

There are countless of instances of this, especially with putting a knee on a person for 8 minutes while handcuffed.... rarely do you see that in other races, but for a 'forged' $20 bill, come on... even cops knows that the 'Stand with Blue no matter what, and don't ask, don't tell policy' is there, but when it comes to minorities, especially non-violent ones, or pushing down someone because they 'feel' like it, stupid shit has to stop.
Concentrate on the violent criminals, not a 20 year old millinium talking smach to you... jeez

They DO NOT do this to many people - at all. I have NEVER heard of someone doing this, except to maybe minorities who are easy targets. You need to stop playing dumb, and acknowledge their are cops out there (maybe 5%) who do this, and are creating the issue for 95% of the good cops (who many are my friends). Even the good cops says they are problems, but won't get involved, because of the backlash.

Of course Blacks hate cops, cops are the ones arresting them for their numerous crimes. People with low crime rates generally like cops.
This is going to be so funny when the crime rates skyrocket in the cities where cops were defunded or ridiculed and mocked. Soon they will be trying to hire more.
