Title: What is the best warm up for squats to avoid tweaking lower back?

maybe ur right i think i get too lazy and skip a true warm up , i already eat a ton ill just have to eat even more for 100 non weight squats

I guess im watching too much ohearn videos, the guy barely warms up at all

Try a few sets of light deadlifts

Hang from a bar, as if u was a gonna do pull UPS, for at least 30 seconds bruh

do hack squats bar isn't pressing down on your spine that way.

decompress your back firstly and\or just do front squats

  ok use a hack squat machine if you are going to a gym. i was just giving the barbell version.
