maybe ur right i think i get too lazy and skip a true warm up , i already eat a ton ill just have to eat even more for 100 non weight squats
I guess im watching too much ohearn videos, the guy barely warms up at all

decompress your back firstly and\or just do front squats

ok use a hack squat machine if you are going to a gym. i was just giving the barbell version.
