What bullsh*t.

That's not 315.

Another idiot who doesn't know how to use a power rack.  Squats outside the safety bars.

What kind of moronic spotting is that?  Spotting the guy through every rep?

The dramatic laying down on the floor at the end was a nice spot.

How old is this guy? I reckon mid 40's? Guy looks like he's pushing 60...???

Breathing heavy and oily arms, his body already starting to fall apart....Not a good sign.

It wouldn't hurt for him to lose 20 or 30 pounds.  Very knowledgeable guy.

Vest is supposedly 56 years oldish, he had a heart attack, and that seemed to have aged him quick. The guy's been around message boards for a long time. Here's a look at him through the years -

Palumboism occurs when the muscles on the sides of the abdomen, also known as your oblique muscles, thicken and make it difficult for a bodybuilder to hold in their stomach, or rectus abdominis muscles. ... steroid or roid gut. human growth hormone or HGH gut.

Google it.

I like Tiny Vest but he's off in this video.  If his theory was correct how come guys like Albert Beckles, Robbie Robinson, along with any other oldtime bodybuilder didn't suffer from Palumboism?  This is a modern day phenomena.

There is no "Palumboism" that is not even a word. People from Getbig invented that. Robbie Robinson was 213 lbOff-season that is not that much. If you eat enough in one sitting you develope a Belly like that. Even Guys like Kevin Levrone had it. (there are pics). And he is perfectly fine today.

Palumboism not only refers to an extended alien/pregnant gut but also limbs which shrink in proportion to the expanding and ballooning midsection.

I know, i know but it is a Myth. It could be Nerve Damage if limbs shrink.
The Origin is Dave Palumbo which was never a good Bodybuilder to begin with.
He was also using Synthol. Palumboism is maybe a phenomenon but it is not a disease.

Just compensate the half assed training and half reps with another cc of test and more tren...

Unironically the only pro who actually did full dept squats and proper leg training also had by far the best legs. I.e. Tom Platz.

Nerve damage from what though if all limbs are shrinking?

Maybe spinal issuses. Bad Posture and Heavy Training ist not a good Idea. It is also the Reason older Guys loose there Legs and Triceps. Spinal Issuses is also sometimes a Reason for a big Gut. It could be also acut Liver Damage.

No bodybuilder ever had the watermelon belly look until the late 90's.  It is caused by the drug combos and not food.

Insulin and GH created the current look.  Show me pics of bodybuilders in the 70's and 80's with watermelon bellies.  I'll wait.

Was GH not already being experimented on in the late 80's?

I watched a documentary about Olympic sprinters were it was mentioned that some of them had to wear braces due to the effects of the cadaver extracted GH.

I have no Idea :D But i dont think GH is that spezial, you have it in you're body anyway..people with Acromegaly have alot GH..they dont look like Bodybuilders and they dont have gut's.

'92 isn't the 70's or 80's.  Ferrigno didn't look anywhere close to almost everyone on stage nowadays anyway.
