I know someone who it happened to, used to suntan naked without any sunscreen, doctors said it was the cause.

That explains it. This isn't about giving your balls a suntan.

This is about exposing them to sunlight no more than 5 minutes, no later than noon, no more than three times per week.

Hence the overcooked steak analogy above. :D
