Why is the purple band looped at the top of the machine? It should be attached at the bottom.

I remember he didn't like training at World Gym San Diego because they played heavy metal instead of his monkey music.

I can't lift to that shit either. Music for white people who like to skin cats in their garage. Rather have the monkey music.

I can appreciate all types of music, but working out with Ramstein is much better than listening to today's rap music. Old school gangsta rap... much better.

I wonder how his kidneys and liver are doing after all these years?

What happened to the days when a spotter would assist ("spot"), only when you can no longer complete a rep by yourself. Now the spotter starts assisting on the very first rep. Unless you are going for a one rep max if you can't do one rep without a spot the weight is too heavy. For most of this set it doesn't look like he's really helping Dexter but is just putting his hand on the plates and machine acting like he's doing something.
Just get you hand off the weight FFS and let Dexter do his set.

The band is there to provide its greatest “pull” when the rep is at its lowest (“low” here being relative. Dex’s reps are shallow as shit).
Having said this, the use of bands has gotten completely out of hand. Like in this instance: Why bother, really? Just perform a bloody set. I’m guessing people think using them makes them think their workouts are more sophisticated or some shit.
That niggah music is SO played-out.

I feel the same.
I go crazy if my spotter touches the weight before I need the help. I feel cheated by not giving me my credit! lol
