After the seminar at the 1990 Arnold, Shawn Ray told me to my face he did not care about women's BBing and thought it was a Barnum & Bailey freak show.

Iris is a legend, always in shape, does ten hours cardio a day, won the Olympia ten times!, she's a badass....

Women's BB hit its' apex with Langer and ended with Murray  Amazing, they have almost the same structures.
