Boxers have been doing this for more than 100 years: Roadwork in the morning, boxing skill work and strength training:  push-ups, pull ups and sit ups in the afternoon.

In my younger days pulling a double training session could be done but with age, family commitments and a career it's nearly impossible. Who could work 8 to 12 hours with a hour commute each way pull a double training session?

Very impressive hybrid athlete.  I try to run and lift but normally it's on alternate days. Rarely a two a day. He keeps saying embrace the suck. It has been use by Army guys for a long time. Some say Marines but I never heard a Marine say it.

Without the juice he would just be another 170lb crossfitter without much viable muscle definition.  There are hundreds of them in every town.

I mean, did you really think he would own up to it?  It's not like he's just some random juicer at the gym that has nothing to lose by being honest.  If this guy comes clean (hilarious choice of words! lol), his views to go shit, and he is no longer a genetic god with more fitness knowledge than anyone in history. 
The fake natties LOVE the idea that others look up to them and think they're special.  No different than some random fitness whore who gets ass implants and posts fitness videos about how her amazing routine got her this ass! LOL!

It's easy to embrace the suck when he lives in his mom's basement, doesn't work, and can sleep and eat multiple times a day.
