I’d love to see her shit mounds

::) ::) ::)
Yeah sure. Most here know how hard it is to eat even 4000 cals a day.
All she did was up the dose.
-
I just don’t get women wanting to be big and jakked. it makes no sense. 6500 calories my ass.

Zack Khan used to go no higher than 5k off season

No way. BS.

Assuming "she" ate quite clean, had ~50% of "her" diet from protein, we guessed the majority of which was from boiled chicken breasts, *and* we further generously rounded up said breasts to an even 300 k/cals, 3,250 calories from chicken alone...well. About 11 breasts daily? On top of the greens, rice and stuff?
Yeah, okay :D
(Aside: I'm not suggesting this is what the chick did. For that matter, I don't know anybody who leans (haha, get it? Gets lean? Leans on? Eh, I will keep my day job...) so heavily on chicken while dieting. Most people go insane sans some variety: fish, red meat, pork, etc. I only use chicken as a means to ridicule this person's insane 6,500 calories claim.)
I don't doubt she ate more for the before and after, but I'm with the rest of you: either this person badly failed elementary math, or she's out of her fucking mind. At my heaviest, and juiced, I doubt I generally went over 4,000 calories daily -- and that was weighing a fat 250 and scarfing almost pure bullshit.

It's comparable to men like Michael Jackson wanting to look feminine.

its possible to eat 6500 cals in a day but to do it day after day is just not happening for 99% of people unless you are Brian Shaws size.
Food takes between 2 and 5 days to pass from your mouth to your asshole so eating all that food every day would simply overwhelm your digestive system.
chicken breast is 165 cals per 100gms so a kilo of chicken fillet is 1650 cals eating that amount alone would soon wear thin and you would end up sick of it very soon

Didn't Vic Richards claim 10,000 calories a day? ::)

Didn't Vic Richards claim 10,000 calories a day? ::)
No, it was 30,000 and mostly chicken and boiled rice
He posted his diet in the same thread and it worked out at 16,000
Moron couldnt even count

That's right! He was a legend even though he did nothing other than winning the Nigerian Championships against emaciated Africans.

30K cals - ::) It was nowhere near half that amount. He'd be taking 4 dumps a day and his asshole would be a huge bloody hemorrhoid.

Vic Richards was a huge bullshitter. He also claimed huge amounts of volume training. He would have made a great Getbigger.

Dorian ate 6/7k cals offseason at 280/90lbs

Most people find eating eating 200 calories per pound body weight makes them feel stuffed. So she weighs about 300+ there haha

That's just her trying to discredit what actually made her gains. Steroids.
Just like pro bodybuilders.

BS unless she is 10 foot tall. maybe 3k at most

Just curious: Victor Richards was once quoted that he only ate the alleged 30,000 calories once, over the course of a day I guess, eating "Nigerian food."
We all know it is bullshit (he probably ate a quarter of that), but what I want to know is simple: what constitutes "Nigerian food"? I know they are big on beans, rice and chicken, but do they add anything to spice things up?
-

I remember reading that Musclemag interview in the 90's. Interviewer went to dinner with Richards and he claimed that he ate a huge amount of steamed white rice... something like 15 cups in one sitting. It was all exaggerated BS or course.
-
On my absolute worst drunken beer binges with massive meals and a sweet tooth I would say I have devoured maybe 5k calories in a day.
She can fuck off.
-
The secret is to drink most of your calories. Ex i typically drink 1-2 gallons of water a day (easily.) Right now im adding 2-3 scoops lemonaide to my jug instead of my normal plain water. Bout 35 grams of sugar per scoop. In a day im guedsing i get 9-10 scoops ( i cant drink it all day mostly in the am during and aftrr i workout) thats bout 1200 cals a day right there easy. Figure a couple weight gainer shakes added to a reg diet thats another 2400 cals giving us bout 3600 cals a day on top of what you are getting now just by adding some lemon aids and 2 weight gainer shakes. Im sure 3k cals a day is what most are comfortable eating so by drinking a bit more youre way over 6k its not that difgicult.

Vic Richards was a huge bullshitter. He also claimed huge amounts of volume training. He would have made a great Getbigger.
He claimed every day he would workout and do whatever he felt like doing. He had no routine of any kind. Nasser said something similar.

I tried it once for a week. Cost me small fortune, felt like shit and shit most of it out. After than I stayed around 4000-4500. Now I’m probably at about 2800 if that

Maybe 6 months ago I ate at a west African restaurant. Had some type of chicken stew and Fufu. My impression of the meal was that it tasted pretty bland, little spicing or salt. It was ok but bland.
-
I ate 4.5-5 K every day for a few months straight, it was fucked...
I was 240 at the time on 2 grams of steroids a week.
That's one of the main reasons I stopped trying to get any bigger, it got to the point the amount of food needed to gain was fucked. I needed a lot of carbs for whatever reason, just made things worse.
It's miserable eating like that all the time.

Rice, yams, dark meat chicken, goat, plantains, and the occasional shellfish (prawns / shrimp) make up what I see immigrants here asking for and eating. The first 4 things are the big sellers, never hear much about red meat. When I've tried some of it, I'd class it as middle of the road spicy.
I've gotten up to around #7000 calories a day once and a while, the flip side to that is the day or two after, I probably eat 1500 calories if I was lucky.

I think that happens with pretty much everyone, the digestive system just gets overloaded and simply cant process the food fast enough

I'm with you. I think it is much harder to force yourself to eat when you are not hungry than it is to diet. Whenever I tried to bulk I always felt nauseous and lethargic. And I most hated when I would often kind of "throw up" a little at night while sleeping and have to swallow my own vomit before I can get to the bathroom to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth. That's when I realized that part of being a pro bodybuilder, something that isn't really considered until you have to do it, is the ability to eat. Some guys really have a capacity to pack that food in. Not me. Right now I skate easily on two meals a day.

They do make products to aid digestion...

yeah as you say no one thinks about it until it gets to the point they have to actually start doing it.
it's all these type of things that make it not worth it.... The fucked sleep too, sleep apnea, once you get above a certain weight. I have woken choking on my own tongue when I was heavy, i dunno if it was the retention swelling the tongue or what. But it never happened when I was light.
-

and they still dont get through your system fast enough
it takes from 2-5 days for some foods to go from mouth to asshole
three days into 6000 calls 99.9% of people are stuffed
I tried carb cycling, I struggled getting in 400 gms carbs

I used to eat 4-5k calories a day, but it wasn't clean food. When i was big into powerlifting i would eat as much as possible to gain weight. After a heavy workout me and a couple other guys would go to Outback Steakhouse and eat so much it was retarded. Based on what i knew about the menu, we were eating about 3-4k calories in a little over an hour. Lots of garbage though and plenty of cheesecake. ;D I don't see how you can sustain that, it made you so sluggish for hours. I was watching the strongman competitors on youtube try to eat 20-30k in one day, even Thor had problems doing it.
We only did this on weekends, during the week i doubt i ate more than 4k calories, but i ate lots of breads, cheese, a few gallons of milk per week, breakfast sandwiches, etc. Hell i could eat 2 Freschetta frozen pizzas by myself, just not every day. I don't think you can really clear 4-5k a day for extended periods of time unless you have a ridiculous metabolism. I remember they said Phelps ate like 10k per day, but it was like pizza and stuff?
I used to work with a guy who was one of the top Ironman competitors in Texas, he ate more than anyone i ever saw and he was lean as hell. I would think he might have hit 5-6k a day; he'd eat 2-3 times more per meal than i did and he ate every 3-4 hours. But he trained like 3 times a day, he swam every morning, jogged during lunch and would ride a stationary bike for hours after work. We went to the same gym, when i got there he'd be on bike a good 30 minutes already, i'd lift weights for about a hour and when i left he'd still be on the bike, completely balls out full speed. He was literally a machine, traveled all over the world to compete.
Today i eat very clean and might hit 2500 a day, but i'm just trying to stay in shape and be relatively lean. When i want to cut a few pounds i just drop down to ~1800 and do cardio 3 days a week.
This chick simply upped the dosage and probably added calories to her diet, but i serious doubt someone her size could eat for than 5k a day for extended periods of time.

It's the same with the amount of sleep people claim to get, or not get. A lot of people claim 3 or 4 hours a night but don't count weekends when they crash for 12 hours a day.

Most bodybuilders are completely over fed. The thing that matters the most is the hormones.

I also have trouble believing these stories, how can you train balls to the wall three times a day when you are stuffed with food all the time, how many shits did he have a day?
-

Most are completely over hormoned as well.
-
They always claim an impossible number of calories knowing full well nobody can sustain it, usually goes hand in hand with natural claims so they can then say well if you Had ate the same you would have make gains without drugs too.
-

I never asked him that but i can if you want me to?
I can say 100% this is true, i sat 15 feet away from the guy for almost 5 years. He'd eat 3-4 salmon fillets at a time for lunch with veggies and rice. Probably weighes around 185 pounds.
Not that big at all, been one of the top Ironman competitors in Texas for 4-5 years. He used to tell me his "short" weekend runs were 12-15 miles.
I think when you have spent your entire life training for triathlons and Ironmans, this might be possible. Not sure, but the guy is 100% legit. He's sit at his desk with a tens unit hooked up to him.

thats hardly a huge amount of calories if he ate like that 4/5 times a day
-
What's a "tens unit"?
A lot of athletes use them for pain management. Very popular for Triathletes and such.
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS or TNS) is the use of electric current produced by a device to stimulate the nerves for therapeutic purposes. TENS, by definition, covers the complete range of transcutaneously applied currents used for nerve excitation although the term is often used with a more restrictive intent, namely to describe the kind of pulses produced by portable stimulators used to reduce pain.[1] The unit is usually connected to the skin using two or more electrodes which are typically conductive gel pads. A typical battery-operated TENS unit is able to modulate pulse width, frequency and intensity. Generally TENS is applied at high frequency (>50 Hz) with an intensity below motor contraction (sensory intensity) or low frequency (<10 Hz) with an intensity that produces motor contraction.[2] While the use of TENS has proved effective in clinical studies, there is controversy over which conditions the device should be used to treat.
-

Fair enough. I believe that he ate as much as he did. I probably ate 3k calories a day back when i worked with him and he ate 2-3 times what i did easily and consumed 6 meals a day. Maybe he didn't eat 5k a day like he said, but i believe he was pretty close.

6 meals a day and ate every 3-4 hours.
Did he wake up to eat?
His story is unravelling already
I also know people who eat 6 meals a day, they call two rice cakes and an apple a meal
-
I did 5900-6500 every single day for 3 months.
Went from 185 to 205 lbs. About 60% clean/40% junk, 800-900g of carbs a day(didn't really aim for a certain amount), everything was weighed/measured and input into myfitness pal.
Was lifting heavy 4 times a week, walked 30-35,000 steps a day 5 days a week(12-15 hour shifts at a warehouse job building pallets.)
After a month or so Everytime I ate I'd start coughing and hacking.
Was taking ox bile, enzymes, probiotics, nexium, betaine HCL. Still had terrible acid reflux constantly, would just be walking around and have acid come up multiple times a day, tasted like puke.
Shit about 5-6 times a day, rarely solid, sometimes there was clear phlegm looking shit.
Ate 2k for breakfast, gym, 1k lunch, protein shake before work(made sure to have 35-4000 before work),small lunch at work so I wouldnt puke picking up boxes all day, then I'd sit for an hour when I got home forcing some chili or chicken then eat a muffin and sleep.
Only drank coke and milk,no water since it didn't have calories. Was drinking one to two 2 liters a day.

I'll ask him to start an account to debate you openly. I was just trying to make a point that it's possible to eat 5-6k calories a day because i know someone who did. If you don't believe it i could care less.

You may have but it wasnt him..

They are useless. I had one and tried it for a while. It just triggers your muscles into spasm. Does nothing for recovery because recovery is biochemical and requires diffusion controlled processes. That's why a heating pad works :)

He's probably on the extreme high end for calorie consumption but it's not out of the question. When I did cycling stage races - multiple days in a row where we did 60+ mile or more races- I could barely keep up with calorie needs. That's why you lose weight in such events. I raced at 175 pounds and ate about 4000 cals a day. Hard to keep track though because most of those calories are liquid form. And you do get sick of eating.
The example you give of him eating 4 salmon filets isn't all that many calories. At 160 cals each per filet, with rice and veggies, that's less than 1000 calories. I can get nearly that from two medium sized bags of peanut m&ms.
A 15 mile run for an average endurance athlete is less than 100 calories per mile. So he burned less than 1500 calories. For seasoned runners its more like 80 cals per mile because you get more efficient and burn less. So he burned a bit more than his lunch :)
On the other hand bodybuilders seem to pride themselves on gluttony. Eating a lot of food is some sort of badge of how hardcore you are.

how many buckets of semen does it take to make 6500 calories. I'm sure for most getbiggers that's all before lunch.

Maybe 6 months ago I ate at a west African restaurant. Had some type of chicken stew and Fufu. My impression of the meal was that it tasted pretty bland, little spicing or salt. It was ok but bland.
Thanks, mate.

Sounds like an awful experience.
