He did nothing wrong by downplaying it. I would do the same so as not to create a panic.Pretty simple really.

If he would have been honest with the country from day 1 and had people wearing masks and distancing then we'd most likely be coming out of this mess by now.  Instead, every 3 days we have another 9/11 and an economy in the tank.  I agree.  It was pretty simple.
