With the cutting of the cable recently, I found an App on the TV itself that includes a menu, with horror channel, westerns, etc.
(Vizio App). (Go to "Smartcast" input if you have a Vizio).
Channel 006 is a 24x7 Strongman Channel (SCL). Tons of old Comps that go back a decade. (They do a ton of contests yearly, each country, etc).
Just an FYI for those who might have a Vizio (internet ready).
Sorry, no ThongFest TV, or KielbasaTV on there. ::)
