Execution isn't a deterrent it is a means of ridding society of scum. America's crime problem is entirely due to the size of its black and hispanic population. The gun homicide rate among white americans is comparable to western europe.

Hanging was the best method of execution ever invented.

1) quick

2) 100% effective

3) visually terrifying to deter others from crime

4) cheap and the same rope can be used over and over again

5) each state could clean out their death row inmates in one day using the same rope
