Lots of drugs, genetics and weight-training consistency. And lots more drugs.

Unfortunately, when he comes off, or even modestly drops the dosages, he’s going to shrink like no tomorrow.

No shit, right?  ;D

It just seems so temporary, what with doing all that hard work knowing it’ll amount to almost nothing when the pills and shots stop.

It’s late, I’m pooped and I’m rambling.

Best of luck to him. Gosh knows he’s hugely damaging his organs/body.
