Title: What foods to eat more of and less of when drinking beer for energy
Post by: Marty Champions on October 15, 2020, 07:50:19 AM
Imo cheese is the most complete food without the bad stuff you get from eating meat.. I beleive runners from mali or kenya would have full cream milk or cheese and demolish other runners.

I believe it comes down to whats in milk and what isnt feel free to add
Cheese
Protein
Phosphorous
Potassium
Sodium
Magnesium?
VitAmin a
Zinc?
Calcium

I find calcium absolutley critical for skin complexion
Meat robs you of calcium giving you the old dog face like tim westcock

My carefully thought out list would include:

Freshly cut grass clipping

Skunky beer

Argo starch

Dog biscuits

Mollasses

Whey mixed in cat piss

EDIT: Copious amounts of red clay
