I go from house to house in my neighborhood and expose myself to all the housewives while they drink their morning coffee.   ;D

If I don't have work like today I get dressed for a work out then I procrastinate for a couple of hours.  Got out of bed by 6AM and it's now 10A. I bet I will procrastinate for another hour but once I get into it I will go full bore.

I get up, have a coffee, trawl Getbig, twitter and FB, go to the gym and train, have a shake and flapjack on the train, have my sausage bacon and eggs at 10am

Wake up
Drink a large glass of water
Shower
Eat breakfast
Get dressed
Make coffee
Drive to work while drinking coffee

I don't check any media outlets until i've been up for a while.  I think it's important to just take your time and have a relaxing morning.  Set the tone for the day.

To me, taking a shower gets me awake and moving.  I've found that to be the most important part of my routine.
