It's the fiber content. The more  fiber in a food, the slower the insulin response.

Beans = full of lectins that can cause a leaky gut. Not food for humans + the so called “need” for fiber in our diet is a myth.

Peanuts and peanut butter is another ''healthy fat'' scam. Practically most of vegetable oils (except coconut, avocado and maybe olive oil) are a ''health'' scam full of inflammatory omega6.

Can definately contribute to it ...some people even went as far as eliminating all plant foods from their diet for a while. Just meat + organs and the joint pain went away.All plants contain chemicals that are foreign to our body and can inhibit mineral absorption, disrupt digestion, cause inflammation and prooxadative stress etc. Plants have their own chemical arsenal to fight off predators. Interesting stuff once you dwell into it. That’s why i stopped eating vegetables like broccoli, brussel sprouts, nuts and seeds( no homo ).

i ate mostly meat and low calories 18 to 21 definitly leans you out fast
