I am in 85254 (North Scottsdale)

the zip just south of me made the list.

s for Arizona’s top zip, Paradise Valley’s 85253 also returned in 2020 following its 2019 debut among the country’s 100 most expensive zip codes. Moreover, the Maricopa County zip code climbed to #89 after a 5% Y-o-Y uptick raised its median sale price to $1,538,000.

I love love AZ  ;D ;D after growing up in Chicagoland

My brother just left Sunnyvale for this very reason.  You'd see an average ranch home at well under 2000sq, and the thing is on the market for 2+ million!!  Unreal!

l

40k+ per annum average for 30 years - on an initial single investment of 50K? Yes - any of my colleagues would agree that is pretty damn good.

What exactly is your professional area of expertise?

BLACK METALLIC .... a long while ago family members paid $12,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on 36th Avenue (Sunset Blvd) between Noriega and Ortega in San Francisco which was recently sold for approximately $1,200,000 ..... and my $300/yr. high school education now exceeds $14,000+ a year.

How the hell can people afford to live in the city of San Francisco now-a-days?

Even the SF Dire Department personnel have to reside 40+ miles away from their firehouse.

Maybe that's why so many people are camping out on the streets!

Two more years and the the City By the Bay will look a lot like Mumbi, India.

BM... Yea, but where the hell do they go? Even the homes up in the Santa Rosa area (50 miles north of San Francisco) are priced around $700,000(+) .

If I was one of those middle class San Franciscans and owned a SF home, I'd sell out and run to a city/town where you could purchase a decent $300,000 home with a part of that $1,200,000 and sit back and watch the clouds roll by.

I think that's happening in Las Vegas right now. Filling up with people leaving California.

And when the San Andreas strikes .... it's gonna be another migration in a different direction .... "Go east, young man! Go east!"

A lot of them moving to western Montana as well.  I've lived in Idaho, Nevada and was planning on relocating either to Reno, Nevada or Kalispell, Montana but everyone else figured out those gems so the price is too high.  Looking for a place in the mountain west for my retirement home 20 years down the road.

It makes me happy to read that you think Oregon is a dump because that means you won't be moving here anytime soon, which is excellent.

Dusty knows who I am

Him and I don’t get along

I don’t respect synthol or cosmetics in bodybuilding

He is a nice guy though
I moved there and worked at house of fitness with Andrew and dusty

Then got hired at golds in the new Peoria location back in 2005 when placed second in the az open

Dusty told me before finals “ you know they won’t let you win right “ apparently frank the guy who won had “ paid his dues “

The regional manager of the golds in Phoenix now works here in Boise at axiom which used to be golds

But I escaped Boise and now  live in beautiful south Florida

You are definitely seeing the country..Peoria, Phoenix and Boise. At least for the moment, you are were the climate is good in the winter. Do you have plans for next summer? Everyone I know, vacates Florida once the summer heat and humidity sets in. Winters in Florida and summers in Boise might be the way to go. Winter in Phoenix is an option too.

My cousin and her husband who are retired spend their winters on their schooner in Florida and the Bahamas. No need for a mask except when they dock. They have a place in Maine to escape to for the summer. Best of both worlds.
