What's good with Zac is that he took his training serious after the Baywatch-movie.
Just like Marky Mark did after Pain and No Grains.
Some just train for the role and then stop training.
-
Hardly HUGE biceps as the article says, but he has a nice androgenic trenbolona masterona testosterona grow hormona look.
-
Couldn’t even don the Board Shorts if he gave up celebrity and became a small scale Physique dude.

Honestly- if you think that you need drugs to build a physique like that you are kidding yourself. That's the typical look of a skinny guy who gets into lifting and has some early success.
-
He's fortunate to have long muscle bellies in his arms.
Can't knock the guy for getting in shape.
-
Is he tall? He in good shape but hard to get arms look big when taller
-
He appears to be in good shape but nothing about him jumps out as big let alone huge. If he took anabolics to attain that, his programming must really suck.
-
Dude needs to hit the squat rack.

I completely disagree. It's a different look. You could give a guy with 11 inch biceps trenbolone and he builds them to 13 - still skinny but the drug effect will be obvious.
It's not the size per se, or even the leanness. It's the look. :D
If you can't see the drugs at work here, I don't know what to tell you. Do you guys use anabolics yourself?
-
It's amazing what cheap, 3rd-rate journalists from these rag magazines consider to be "HUGE" biceps.

I don’t use but have had more than enough experience working out with friends that did. You are seeing something you want to see- you have confirmation bias.
One of my cycling friends decided he wanted to become a big track sprinter. We both weighed almost the same- 165 pounds at 5’9” so we were skinny cyclists. He then started using Dbol and God knows what else in the fall. I saw him balloon to 205 in 4 months. He did upper and lower body workouts-same as me.
He got the “look” alright - and it absolutely is nothing like Zac Effron, lol Inflated delts, traps, huge biceps - the works. At the time I also worked out in a gym where a Jr. Mr. America worked out. He had the “look” as well. He sure didn’t look like Zac Effron either.
We have gotten to the point that anybody who shows any progress weight training “must” be using. What a sad state of affairs.

Have to agree with Van. The size he carries at that bf% can be attained naturally, but the 'look' he sports can only be achieved through exongenous hormones. He's in great shape regardless, and obviously puts a lot of focus into his diet and training. It's the way the muscle looks under the skin, the tone of the skin, the fullness at that bf%; all of those things give it away.
A true natural could definitely attain this level of musculature at that bf%, they would just 'look' different.

I have no clue what Efron's training looks like, but my assumption is that he doesn't do bodybuilding style workouts. My guess is that when he wants to get in shape, it's more functional-style HIIT, with some weight training and calisthenics involved. These workouts most likely include a trainer, and are focused around Efron achieving the physique that he does. Highly doubt anyone on his team wants him getting any more muscular than he already is.
He's certainly using hormones in those pictures, and was very much using a combination of things for the Baywatch movie he did.
He's probably not eating like a bb'er either. If I were him, I would diet on the ass of a beautiful young whore every night. Fuck sweets or burgers.
-
Though I actually think this guy underestimates the usage, he provides a pretty good overview of the giveaways that Efron is using PED's here:
-
It's a different look.
l tyrosine + dhea produces anavar like conditioning for some.

So if you had to bet your house on it, you would bet that he has no exogenous androgens in his system?
I will say he has some GH in his system too, the effect is tiny but it's there.
I googled some earlier pics, at what looks like exactly the same bodyweight and musculature. It's unmistakable. The shoulder widening effect and slightly enhanced shoulder cap from andogens is there. In the comparison pic the androgen effect is quite dramatic. Bodyweight is probably similar and he was obviously working out. But it's like he put 3 inches of width on both sides. It's not just a slight fat loss that does it.
Look at his face. Yes he is older in the second pic but it's quite obvious that his face got way more masculine.
What does everyone else here think? Could I have confirmation bias?

Could I have confirmation bias?
No, i would say you are correct on this one.
He has too low body-fat and too much muscle.
As a natural he would look like the left picture.
-
I know this is gonna sound gay, but he has extremely symmetrical abs and he also appears to have a genetic predisposition to maintaining a low bodyfat %. Those are the two main indicators of good bodybuilding genetics. (The third one is arm muscle length/insertions.)
I'm sure he's on a light cycle right now, but if he decides to juice himself into oblivion, and don the glittery thong to do battle in front of adoring schmoes, he could go far.

Also a lot more body hair in two years.

I just asked a very high level bb.
Went like this:
Do you know who Zac Efron is?
Yes it's that child actor.
Take a look at this pic, what do you think?
*2 seconds later*
Hahaha juiced the fuck out!
But he's not big?
Hahaha, are you kidding me! That's test and gh at a minimum.
So within 2 seconds bro thought it was completely obvious. This is a dude with over 25 years of juice experience.
-
How do you really feel about him guys

This is interesting. 2 of the 3 I agree with as they seem obvious but the I don’t know about the symmetrical abs part. Never thought about that before.

Did you mean Jew-line transformation?
I wonder what his fellow Jew, Jonah Hill [Feldstein] thinks about Zac? Imagine the existential angst of being next a man that much better looking than you - I can't help but feel sorry for Jonah. Until I realized that he blames everything on White males, at which point I say: fuck the fat fuck.
Looks like the article about Jonah saying there are too many White men in Hollywood has disappeared from the internet, somewhat. Does anyone recommend good alternative websites to use from the Big Tech ones? I.e., Getbig over Facebook. Because it's obvious to me that the big tech companies are banding together to consolidate power right now, to push false leftist narratives. I want to jump ship as much as possible because of that.
-
Whatever he uses is probably minimal to avoid sides, but you can see obvious is the juice face and it goes 2 ways either zacs way or Stallone and Pauly d. from jersey shore he gets moon faced and situation does too .

Van Bilderass- you are one of my favorite posters on here - but I still wouldn't bet my house on anything, haha.
Another of my close friends is not a bodybuilder but was a top ranked cyclist. We trained together constantly and I mentored him in his early days.
He decided he wanted to get stronger legs so one winter he went to Bally's gym and did nothing but leg extensions (high reps, 20-50 per set) for an hour at a time, He was just nuts as the gym owner told him :) When we started riding together in the spring I swear to god he must have put 4" on his quads. They were enormous. Anyone on here who saw the before and after pics would say "drugs" but I know the kid very well. He didn't put on muscle mass anywhere else- just his quads. They literally looked like they were inflated.
This is not the first time I have seen this with cyclists. Guys who do many high reps sets or multiple 30-45 second intervals for their legs get huge. Is it sarcoplasmic hypertrophy? Maybe. But it works, and not a nanogram of exogenous hormones is required.
If people do enough high rep sets they get that puffy look we associate with drugs and water retention. And yet they get lean from the workload. I've seen it time and time again.

If you think that has the “look” of drugs you really don’t have any idea man. Have you ever really used - ever competed?
I have morons at the gym regularly as me what “all I’m taking” - and I’ve not used more than 250mgs test in a decade. I eat clean and IF to stay lean - I train each bodypart heavy maybe once a month and the rest of time I squeeze and pump. Arms are probably 18 maybe 18.5 but 99% of the people I see training have no mind muscle connection. I can do dips for chest and when I am miles out I just barely have any feel in my triceps because I concentrate.
I admit that back when I was competing I would hit a gram a week for 12–16 weeks depending on how long I needed to get shredded. So I am the first to admit that 150-250 test/week may not BUILD this size - but I know it can maintain it. My arms were never 20” in lean contest shape - so maybe lost an inch or 1.5.
I know that got all “autistical-sideways” (sorry Matt) - but the point is that the shape in that picture looks definitely NOT on drugs if anything.
I have a nephew that trains and he is as lean as that cat and from the pics I’d say my nephew is bigger and I know for a fact that the kid has never used anything - not even OTC stuff.
Absolutely ANYONE can be ripped and have the kind of muscle in that pic. To say it’s drugs is an easy way to be lazy and have an excuse.
It’s part of the problem with the United States - men need to take responsibility. If a man looks like Shizzo for instance - that’s just result of being a morbidly obese, lazy, twinkle toed fatty fat fat.
No worries though - uncle Joe and mammy Harris bout to make everything ok!! You have a RIGHT to have abs - and it’s rude to tell someone to work. So Shizzo can go get the fat sucked out at tax payer expense. Right?!?!

I have used PEDs for about 28 years, not many breaks at all. From 200mg like now to 4+ gram stuff. Competitive aspirations got cut short early on due to detachning both pecs.
But like I said: it is not the size. It is not the BF %. It's the totality, the androgenic look. Most of the time you can tell if someone is on androgens just by seeing their face. It sound ridiculous to many but it's true.
I don't think you nephew has this look if he is clean. You could post the pics and blur the face. Would be an interesting case study, but I understand if you don't want to.
It has nothing to do with excuses, it has to do with what you think is real. Not everyone can achieve this look clean, absolutely not. Post ONE pic from the presteroid era that shows this type of shoulder widening and face changing effect from working out.
The reason I debate this at all is that it fascinates me how even some experienced guys are totally blind to certain things. There are guys who actually think Mike O'Hearn might be lifetime natural. There are experienced guys who absolutely can't see if someone has used Synthol or other SEOs.
If anyone is interested in this type of thing there was this thread on another forum on SEO use. My username: killerstack. A few thought I was right, it was obvious. Many others could't see shit lol. He has blasted his arms with brutal training so of course it might look like Synthol :D
Of course Dusty eventually came on and confirmed he had done lots of site injecting.

Puffy watery look is the opposite of what I mean with the androgenic look. It's a hardening effect even if bodyfat actually went up. Drugs change the skin texture ever so slightly. Then you have an abnormal type of vascularity that only comes from drugs.
Robert Forsteman isn't actually a "big" dude, I'm sure there are naturals with more muscle on their legs. But do you think Forsteman is natural?
I think the second guy is someone else but he came up on a image search.

I've followed Forstemann's career for years. In the quad department he is definitely a "big dude" by any measure. He isn't that tall but his quads are 29" in circumference, lean. His squat and cycling workouts are on YouTube for all to see. I have no idea if or what Forstemann takes as drugs. He is an incredible sprinter so he has the strength to match his size. He passes WADA tests and that's the only measure I can go by. Can they be fooled- of course- going all the way back to cyclist Pedro Delgado using Probenecid as a masking agent.
I don't know any true athletes other than Eric Heiden who had bigger legs. When I met Heiden he was only one year out of the Olympics at Placid so he was still a monster. To this day I've never seen any athlete with legs like that. Was Heiden natural? Now that's something I would bet my house on. I saw him do 200 rep sets of squats with a car tire inner tube full of lead shot. If he was using PEDs as a shortcut he wouldn't have subjected himself to that. People have no idea the level speed skaters go in training. Tom Platz's workouts are nothing compared to what these world class guys do.
Attached is a pic of the legs of world champion speed skater Joey Mantia. You think he is on drugs?

I have to confess something- I looked at the very first pic and didn’t read the entire thread. The pic later definitely has a drugged look. I see what you mean. No - my nephew doesn’t look like that. He is lean - clearly defined abs - but not that really dry look.
I apologize - my comment went way off the rails and definitely wasn’t directed at you man. It’s just for decades there have been knuckleheads online - some are so full of sht thay claim to be able to tell you an exact cycle - based on a freaking picture. These same tools call out “weak” bodyparts in a static line up photo from a contest because they have never competed or even been to a show and don’t realize that most pictures catch competitors who aren’t fully posed or have relaxed.
You sound like you know your sht VanB - and I should have read the entire thread before replying.
Che - I’m no beast. I’m only 5’19” - haven’t weighed in months but I’d guess I’m about 200. I stay lean - but I could easily turn into a fat body if I just lost all discipline. Che I know you don’t think self discipline is important and think everyone should have financial equality regardless of effort or ability.
-
Dear God - you guys see juice everywhere, lol.
You are dead on about legs. Super - insane high reps is what works. When I was younger we would train as heavy as possible - but there was a cat that would go up to 225 at the most and would rep and set insane amounts. His legs got enormous and of course as a young idiot I was convinced that he as using some drug that I wasn’t. He always got pissed when people said he was using - he was some kind of religion where they didn’t even allow caffeine. I feel sure now that that kid was clean. I’ve also seen some sprint cyclists or speed skaters that have crazy thighs

His workouts:
He doesn't look heavily juiced with steroids, no. Cyclists or skaters or fighters etc wouldn't necessarily do a lot of steroids or GH even if they could do so. If you get too pumped, forget about it. They do steroids to maintain high normal test despite "overtraining" - endurance athletes often have T values as low as women pretty much. They do them for recovery, neural drive, mood, CNS exitation, better response to blood boosters like EPO, and so on.
As far as steroids being a short cut that would make them not train as hard - I disagree. Steroids make you more aggressive and driven, like an animal who doesn't give up until it's dead :D If you like challenging workouts and haven't tried steroids, try a short course of androgens that are very CNS activating like Halotestin and Tren and watch what happens to your workouts :D
As far as whether a specific athlete uses drugs, most any athlete will if he thinks he will get away way with it, we know that much. Most very top level athletes are on many drugs and these drugs can be legal for the time being. Examples: thyroid hormone, asthma medication, corticosteroids for saddle sores, Viagra for endurance and other hypothetical benefits, heart/BP medication like ARBs, paracetamol/APAP for psychological/performance benefits and so on. Add a shitload of "nutritional supplements". They are all heavily medicated, and why not? WADA monitors drug trends constantly, look at legal drugs taken by athletes to see what they are doing. Several years ago they looked at Viagra and a very high percentage were on it, and surely not because they needed a hard cock at competitions. All the coaches had seen the same emerging data so they all hopped on it.

Just two bros in a locker room looking at shirtless pics of Zac Effron together.
Nothing to see here.....

Haha showed him in the car on the way to the gym :D
After the workout we got some sushi and I showed another guy the pic. Dude is also on a 25 year cycle.
Do you know who Zac Efron is?
Isn't he the kid who got on some GH a few years back?
*show pic*
Hahahahaha
You don't think he could be natural?
Hahahahaha
First guy, "why do you bother with those retards on forums?"
:D

I tend agree with what you mean about "the look" and those in hollywood being on the gas, and I'm not saying Effron is clean, but there ARE people who can hold full muscle with a thin skinned look. Doesn't this pic you posted kind of show that?

Look at our own SoulCrusher - dude does endurance based work carrying shit up and down a parking garage but looks like a bodybuilder. Some do have insane natural genetics for this.

I know what you mean and I thought about that. I did say he looked at least like he has been lifting there. If he's not on drugs he has tip of the top genetics, that much is certain. Certainly not an average body like affeman said. But we also know that drugs are everywhere in society and even used by 13 or 14 year old kids. Hard to say.
There's this idea on bodybuilding forums that there are tons of blacks in the US who look like pro bodybuilders. They don't train, eat like shit, drink 40s and smoke weed or crack all day long, but look like bodybuilders. What do you think?

First paragraph: affeman is a confirmed retard
Second: I don't look at black dudes on the internet often, so not sure.
But seriously, yes, black people DO seem to have a better propensity for muscle building. But the scenario you mentioned is likely people using a bit of hyperbole. They may look better than others who don't lift, but nobody is confusing them with Ronnie Coleman.
If I had to bet, I'd say Effron is on the gas. There are hollywood tricks for movies (Hugh Jackaman said before key shots, he had to deplete, drink glycerol(?) and then when they filmed him waist up shirtless, he was holding two 40lb DB at his side), but that doesn't apply to the candid Effron shots.

And you believe that? ::) Just like Mike o Hearn is natural as well. All these guys make themselves out to be special

Not true. I grew up with guys whose daily meal was a 40, 4 chicken wings and fried rice, plus a candy bar or a couple of bags of chips through the day. They were leaner and a bit more muscular, but there's a social component to this also, those guys were also doing lots of physical activity, tons more than your average white kid.
A young crackhead usually spent 3/4 of the day walking around looking for something to get into. A ton are scapping all day or in some other dirty unskilled heavy labor (You need 27 refridgerators carried down from a 6 floor walk up? Find a pair of crackheads and give them $10 :) ).
With the regular black kids too, far more involved in physical things - touch football, hours of pick up basketball, half assed calistenics in the park.
It's usually never just "BBC genetics" as the forum kids say. There's a tiny edge, but nothing crazy without still putting the work in.

Believe what?
I said I wasn't defending the Effron's natural claim.

You say Joey Mantia doesn't look juiced but Zac Effron does, lol. You could fit two of Zac's legs in the place of one of Joey's, and the definition is astounding on Mantia.
I've heard of or seen every drug you can imagine in competitive cycling and yes steroids and GH were and in some cases still are used. It's always the same story- guys need to win for money or ego. Except at the very highest levels of the sport, where the money is significant, it's ego and insecurity every time.
Is Zac Effron that insecure or needs to get beefy for women? Really? I find that hard to believe. He had a drug and alcohol abuse problem and he went into treatment for it, saying it was destructive and he wanted out. But now he's on PED's to get a great physique?
You guys are fishing and I really wonder why.

Effron is juiced to the gills! I've said it once and I'll say it again, the only race that can look impressive without gear are the dindus, if you don't believe that you're f*cking mental! Whiltes will all be twigs without gear and Zaccy boy is no different. Open your eyes fellas. lol

l tyrosine + dhea produces anavar like conditioning for some.
and that is exactly what it looks like effron is on in them pics – anavar... at around 15 – 25 mg
he'd b crazy to use anything else.

There are many reasons to juice. Not every kid looks this ripped so it improves his branding or whatever.
Again, it's not just about size. I did a quick google.
Compare. Do you see the difference? Who has more muscle but who looks like he has more androgens in his system?
It is SO obvious, the diffence in the look.
Joey obviously trains much much harder. Why is he holding considerably more fat? Yes, maybe he simply eats more, but there's more going on here.

Everyone is twigs without gear, take a lot at the great flex wheeler, dexter and Kevin levrone when they were starting out, very small, and short. Their frames without gear is nothing spectacular. Flex has tiny joints and tiny wrists. Very small man, both hyper responders to gear

Zac is very clear in his Baywatch interviews when the ladies all focus on his body and says it is not normal and in no way achievable for everyday and how miserable he was.
To me he seems the only person to come close to saying ‘I am taking some stuff to look like that’ without directly saying it. Good on him.
