Platz and I worked out beside Lou a few times during Ferrigno’s comeback era.

Quite simply, in shorts and a tank top, weighing roughly 320, the man was UNREAL.

Impossibly huge and impressive.

Still, as a person, he’s a douche. Haha.

Unlike most bodybuilders, Lou had, relatively, a huge financial resource for the “good stuff”, and lots of it.

Heck, even his head grew to twice its normal size.
