Rocky 1 filming locations.  They should have a bus tour of these locations in Philadelphia.

Put a couple actors and a camera crew in the parking lot of a shopping mall and voila, you have a famous location if the movie does well. I never understood the mystique. And half the time the backdrops aren't real places at all, just a painting or cgi image- they've been doing that shit since day one of films:
