She basically shouted fire in a theater which contained the entire country. She spat mad accusations and insisted she had hard proof. She did it repeatedly.
This moved the country toward civil war more than any other event. If she was lying, and I mean outright lying with nothing to substantiate her accusations, she should be hanged on national television.
You try to kick off a war that will kill 50-100 million and disappear the nation, and you claim to have proof, you better fucking have it.
