Are you mixing them together or eating the oats and drinking the whey? If you are mixing them together add a big spoonful of all natural peanut butter. That should help.

Soak/cook the oats. If I were I’d rather mix whey, honey and white rice

Don't eat so much oats.

Just eat the flavored oats in a pack. The sugar will give you energy.

Now I just have a couple waffles but no soy in morning only whey

Cooking it just defeats it`s own purpose. ;D
