Was workin good a few weeks for morn energy now just bloat n lethargic

Are you mixing them together or eating the oats and drinking the whey?  If you are mixing them together add a big spoonful of all natural peanut butter.  That should help.

Soak/cook the oats. If I were I’d rather mix whey, honey and white rice

Just eat the flavored oats in a pack.  The sugar will give you energy.

1 cup for me with a shake of 80g soy and 20 whey


Now I just have a couple waffles but no soy in morning only whey
