Not through the corrupt court system which has been exposed. I would venture a military court but let's see what happens. Perhaps this is all bullshit because there has been a lot of it going around.
Very telling though all this censorship coming out at the last minute now. Amazon is even pulling hosting for Parler. Something is brewing right now, that is all I think.

Here is an interesting theory from a retired Army friend of mine who is a conservative. He thinks Trump's ultimate plan was to incite deadly violence in the capitol to the degree that many rioters were shot. When this happened then he could in act the "Insurrection Act" and imposed Marshall Law giving authority to the military which he is commander and chief of. He then could contest the election. Because of this, "they" (people opposed to Trump) made sure there wasn't enough police and security to stop the rioters and maybe were instructed not to shot at them, thus thwarting Trumps plan.

That is giving Trump wayyyy too much credit for thinking and planning. He could never think that far in advance and plan something where he was not the center of attention at all times.

Its never just Trump. He has advisors and allies who have help him all this way. He's done a nice job winning over the 4 years he's been in office. And... the most important thing to do is stay in power and to not be the center of attention for a while is an easy trade off to stay POTUS.
I am not saying because of what i said this is theory is true. I am saying its not giving anyone too much credit who got 70 million votes, developed a cult like following and become POTUS to do in a desperate time.

He didn't pack the Supreme Court. He filled vacancies. Packing = adding seats for the sole purpose of changing the makeup of the court.

There were no evidentiary hearings, all the cases were booted out before any evidentiary stages on various grounds, "no standing", "not our jurisdiction", etc, etc ... basically the courts have punted on getting involved

I now hear YOU spouting Right wing propaganda. Preliminary hearings were held. The facts in some of the court cases were so abysmal the courts decided there was no evidence to continue the process.

Can you list his "wins" that you think are so "great"?
Here's a quick review of his biggest losses just off the top of my head
2016 - Lost the popular vote and Lost the Trump University fraud case and ordered to pay 25
million settlement
2018 - Lost The House of Representatives
2019 - Had his scam Trump Foundation shut down and ordered to pay 2 million in damages
2020 - Got impeached, lost the popular vote, lost the Electoral College vote and Lost the Senate
2021 - Got impeached again and also got a permanent ban from Twitter (truly the least of his losses). He leaves office as the first POTUS post WWII to have employment fall during his term
I'm sure there are many more things that will come to mind later
Edit - how could I forgot that he did nothing (other lie and lie and lie some more) about a pandemic during the last year of his administration which has so far resulted in the deaths of ~ 400k people in this country
