what is everybody aiming for? any epic cuts, bulks, shows coming up?
I am cleaning out, trimming down. I will be around 210lbs, training will be full body movements for a few months then get back into the swing training like a bodybuilder.
remember hit those feeders ;D

I had rotator cuff/bicep tendon surgery on October 28, just hoping to get back to normal training in a couple of months.

Hoping we don't fall under provincial communism via incremental adjustment to Marshall Law.
Gyms are closed here. They were supposed to reopen yesterday after a "two week lockdown" in the province, until they announced another two week lockdown literally a day or two before the first one was supposed to end. ::)
I will be using an Elliptical I have at home. Not much else I can do. I don't have a home jump, just the Elliptical and a few dumbbells.
I'll be watching Ironage movies - was hoping to watch Misery tonight, but I'm going to try to check out the Trump address if it's livestreamed.
Here's my relationship with working out, as of now:

That's been my goal over the last few months. Dont have all.the eqpment I need to sustain any more size then I have now and its just a matter of staying as lean as I can while maintaining what I have.
Use local park jungle gyms in the early.morning ornback exercises while its still dark so I don't get busted by city cops and get fined.
Have some adjustable dumbells. Some bands, etc...just grabbed a bench as well. Its all temporary. Going back before the return policy ends. I don't want to keep this stuff permanently.
But probably will end up keeping it eventually as this isn't ending anytime soon. :-\

Make sure you get the right sand too - CalvinH is an expert at this if you need advice.

what about you? if your diet and training is anything like your political views, id put you at 150lbs.... skinny fat and weak... post a side by side of you and coach.... you dont have the stones hahaha

Going to lean out in March/April and see how ripped i can get.
Haven't really tried to get super ripped in a few years.
My try intermittent fasting or just go low carb for a while.

I'm gonna try get my shit together and get under 200 for the first time in years. I would love to get down to 190 again, but the idea of eating clean 95% of the time makes my want to cringe! lol

So, you buy a few bags of concrete and put them in a couple trash bags for around $10 and lift them or you can spend $155 for a bag and then buy rocks.

Run and do body weight stuff. Maybe buy a TRX or one of those pull up dip combos you can ratchet to a tree. Hang a heavy bag. You will be in amazing shape.

Perhaps but if you have shit genetics like most you will just end up looking like a skinny dude who does a few pushups. And that’s assuming you eat reasonably.

If you put concrete in trash bags, the concrete will get wet or leak, be dusty, and the trash bag will rip.
If you buy the sandbag, there's no leaking or dust, it has about 8 handles, is much more versatile, and gets repaired free of any damage.

90 minute a day workout everyone of the 365 days, if I'm lucky. 45 minutes on the exercise bike and 45 minutes weight training daily. major goal to survive another year. ;)
