Title: Apparently whey is very low in tryptophan but soy is high in tryptophan

Very difficult to find how much tryptophan in whey something like 18mg? Is this right?

While soy has 250mg much easier to find this data


Tryptophan boosts serotonin but makes u sleepy

I think whey in morning and soy at night

For some reason, I've never thought to check tryptophan levels in the food I eat. Should I be worried about it?  :)
