Anything else come close to getting the same results? I only have barbell, dumbbells, and a bench that inclines and declines. Years ago, I used a dipping machine and got great results when I used Gironda's technique (feet in front/chin to the chest). Thanks!

Why not buy a dip/pullup station for home use?

Barbell, Dumbbell, Dipping machines either at home or at gym would be beneficial. These workouts provide great strength and endurance. Whether they can be used at home or at gym they can lead you with positive impacts if they can be used rightly.

You can also do dips in between your washer and dryer ( if you have room to separate them a bit) You can also use two chairs to do dips on and put a broom over top and do "partial chins" from them too. Calf raises off a step or lean pretty far away from a wall and do them ( I love these great stretch and contraction) Or build some dips out of 2x4's. If you want it bad enough you can figure out a way. I once built a cool "pullover" machine out of wood . It worked awesome. I actually liked it better than the nautilus one I have now.

decline press is great but i would just simply do normal parallel bar dips
the hand grip that Gironda & Larry scott show is not needed
