Even though THE TRAITOR pardoned his criminal crony the scumbag (Bannon) still faces legal jeopardy

By accepting the pardon he is admitting guilt and the case can be picked up by state courts and of course he still face civil charges from all the brain dead Trumptards that he ripped off

BTW - everyone knows that Trump most likely sold many of these pardons (there is no way he gives anything away) so it's probably only a matter of time until we find out about that
