Riots, protests, murals, vigils, social media posts, news for a month.
Now? Nothing.

I’m still very pleased he’s dead.

Didn’t give a fuck about the stinking useless cunt in the first place

What a send off, horse and carriage gold casket ,if he died of overdose yrs down the road it would have been a blip

The police were more than reasonable in approaching him. I wouldn't want to die while overdosing on fentanyl and probably simultaneously having your respiratory system collapse while hyperventilating, brought on by a panic attack due to the police converging on you, for whatever he did which caused the initial basis for the arrest.
The police officer who put his knee on his neck was using a police restraint procedure legal in the state of Minnesota. Apparently taught to them by Israelis.
I'm not sure if it was determined how much force was used on his neck. It was conclusively determining that he was overdosing on fentanyl.
Young Black men are 3.25% of the American population, and commit more murder than ALL other racial demographic groups in the USA combined. So they get arrested more as a result.
YOU DON'T SAY? HOW CAN THAT POSSIBLY BE???
Ultimately, George Floyd was just a token used to initiate protests complaining about nothing. It's nice to see that happen in Minnesota, after arrogant Northern state Democrats spent decades complaining about "racism" in the Deep South.
In addition to being in a motor vehicle with an overdose level of fentanyl in his system, George Floyd pointed a loaded gun at the stomach of a pregnant Black woman, after invading her home.
Yet this guy is somehow a hero of the left. Meanwhile, White 5-year-old boy Cannon Hinnant is shot in the head by a 25-year-old Black man, and the left says nothing.
FYI, the White right has almost all the guns in th USA. Frankly, I would LOVE to see the American left push things just a LITTLE bit further. They will find out REALLY FAST who the real boss is in the country.
-
Have nothing personal against the guy, but do NOT believe he should have been made into a martyr (wrong choice of person to glorify after death and make into a patron saint of the African American community).
The one African American who I enjoyed listening to and reading about was Malcolm X. I found him to be very charismatic, smart and impressive with his various views about religion, society and politics. Too bad his OWN people killed him (Minister Farrakhan had a big hand in his murder).
George Floyd was no Malcolm X though. If anything, George was great at being a criminal.

Remember, George Floyd was just used as an opportunity by the Black Lives Matter group to play out their agenda. An agenda, that was not of their own devising, but instead was created by the elite globalists (like George Soros) that HEAVILY funded/supported BLM and had their own agenda play out by using black people as pawns.
Sadly, the vast majority of African Americans throughout history have always been used as pawns for the white man's bidding. There are exceptions of course and I've met many independent thinkers in the African American community that are downright impressive and great models to live up to, but sadly these heroes are in the minority. Examples of these exemplary African Americans include Malcolm X, Denzel Washington, Paul Mooney, Barack Obama, Cornel West, Neil Degrasse Tyson and Melvin Goodrum.

The thing is I don’t care about a dead violent criminal. But this whole thing shows this was all a goddamn scam to cause civil unrest and anti-you-know-who hatred.

I believe systemic criminal behavior is the root of systemic racism.
In a fair and just world, there would be thousands of protesters sitting in jail for the next 10-20 years starting to realize they were duped by the Democrat Party.

That's something I'd expect out of someone educated by Marxists.
Taking someone else's suffering and making it all about themselves.
Claiming special status above all peoples:
"George Floyd is the most persecuted man in history and suffered in a unique way that no one else has ever suffered" is textbook.

No one ever did. Martyrizing Floyd was just a red herring.

Barack Obama was/is truly an evil man. Instead of bringing America together he is still creating hate and division

Why do people vote for those who hate America and what it stands for?
Muzzie Obozo
CCP Biden
Muzzie Omar Chick
Beetlejuice in Chicongo
(All of them)
They are filled with hate for the people who built it (whites) the country (Freedom) and they want to reign over it commie-style while destroying what once was.

Talk about division right. Floyd was an unemployed drug addict that was an ex con yet they put him up to be a hero...it's absolutely insane

Punch in Peace, George “Money” Floyd

Initially I found the police treatment of Floyd callous and sad in that he was crying for his mama and said he couldn't breathe. And the breathing problems were real obviously, whatever the cause. But apparently this type of maneuver was taught cops so he was following procedure. You could have a discussion about police procedure, perhaps be more sensitive to distress. But what pisses me off was the immediate blame put on racism. Where is the evidence the cop was racist? And where is the evidence Chauvin meant to kill the dude? He even knew he was being filmed, apparently didn't think he was doing anything wrong. His fellow diverse cops also didn't intervene. So the whole BLM thing is based on a false premise. And basically all the publicized cop black "murders" involve criminal situations. Remember the Michael Brown "hands up don't shoot" incident? The blacks still use this slogan even after it was proven false, under Obama administration. Can't they find even one incident where the cop is unambiguously wrong?
How does a white man dare to be a cop today?

Have you heard of Tony Timpa? Similar case to George Floyd with the cops kneeling on his neck until he died and it happened in 2016. Some key differences though: unlike Floyd, Tony Timpa wasn't black (see below), he wasn't a career criminal, it took 3 years for the footage of the killing to be released (probably because it contradicted the cops' lies), the cops laughed and joked when they killed him and there was no looting or rioting afterwards. One of the cops was hispanic and another was black. But that didn't matter since the victim was white. And to add insult to injury one of the cops involved was just promoted.

I appreciate anyone that can reevaluate initial information and revisit their own opinion.
There's a stunning lack of that. Everyone is quick to blast out and opinion and more likely than not will double down on a poor position when confronted with new information.
It was always obvious to me. I mean he wasnt choked to death. He was saying 'I can't breathe' not 'stop choking me'
He couldn't breathe because he was suffering a heart attack and there was a lack of oxygenated blood getting to his lungs. This gives you the same feeling of suffocation even though air is passing through your trachea.
If you're choking or strangulating someones windpipe it will take about 60 to 90 seconds to suffocate them. Not 9 minutes.
Also you're the first person to raise the issue of chauvins awareness that he was being recorded and how that should be interpreted as far as his intent.
Its amazing to me that everything mitigating this was virtually dismissed by the court. And what we got was actually injustice. Mob rule prevailed and the world cheered.
Thats great if you hate cops or believe in blm but to ignore obvious facts because it agrees with the mob is dangerous when the issue is something you are opposed to and the truth is ignored to appease the mob it might start to resonate.

Thank you. This is concise and accurate. This, to me, is outrageous.
It's the most compelling proof that the left will condone violence, intimidation and allow- infact utilize a mob to further their goals. At the same time will not stop and knows no boundaries in persecuting the same behavior if its in the name of conservativism.
In effect it's nothing short of a drclaration that you will not be tolerated, no quarter will be given, if you oppose the radical liberal factoons of our government.
It should be shocking to any rational person that the double standard is so blatant and biased. People ignore it because they think it doesn't affect their lives but condoning it now only permits such tactics at a later date when its an issue that does affect your life
