Anyone else do planking? I walk 3 or 4 miles 5 times a week and when Im home Ill just drop and do a plank here and there throughout the day. Ive found its made me feel better overall

I always hater isometric type exercises. Tried Planks for a bit and hated it. I like to move. I started exercising my lower back using that back machine where you sit down at a 90-degree angle and straighten up back and forth.
