With my right leg down and lean foward,My right sciatic hurts
But when sitting with left leg down and right leg on coffe table and lean foward not much pain at all

Doing hollow holds and planks took out 90 percent of the pain. Some of those yoga stretches directly target that nerve its hard to tell if i should directly target the nerve... I was suprised how much working abs helped

Odds are you have piriformis syndrome in the right glute. and the cure is not to stretch the piriformis but to forcibly contract your glutes because the muscles are weak (total homo).
