Though being transgender is fine in Iran.

Transgender = no problem.

Homosexual = death sentence.

Relax, this is just our marvelous CIA in action to ensure that no one over there takes the vaccine and thus, the entire country is wiped out. 

Not as good as their plan to drop XL size condoms that were labeled ‘Medium’ over communist areas to destroy their morale.

And certainly not as far fetched as the plan to hide a bomb in a brightly colored seashell hoping Castro picked it up while scuba diving and it killed him.
