x2...I watched the beginning and turned it off after the one guy said he’s 19 and chasing a pro card while he was doing like 175 on the incline. M

The Flat press works upper chest. only elite athletes know this.

I agree with him that declines, flats and pulley benches are great for the pec but disagree that the upper pec region isn't working in an incline. Take a single light dumbbell and incline press putting your other hand on the upper pec region. You can feel it contracting. Is it an optimal exercise for the chest is the question. So many things we accept because of tradition are now regarded to be wrong. So many wrecked shoulders in bodybuilding points to the conclusion that we are doing something unhealthy for our joints.

He did not say the upper region does not work with inclines but rather it´s not as much as people think.
When i do flat bench my upper region hurts when i push it. inclines are just garbage. Waiting for the but Arnold....3...2...1... ::)
