Baby Boomers are born from 1946 to 1964.

Boomers will be all be retired in a few years unless they are greeters at WalMart or supermarket cashiers.

The younger people now use "Boomer" to mean anyone over 30, as in "Okay, Boomer, tell me about a time before Netflix."

Even in the traditional sense, if people work until 70, there's still many years of Boomer rule in the workplace (1964+70=2034)

I don’t use it for those over 30. I’m borderline millenial-Gen X.
